Job Description

  • Ensure all purchase invoices and UK expenses are processed
  • Carry out ad-hoc analysis work for audit schedules and management
  • Provide administrative support to the team, responsible for accounts payable mailbox and archive management
  • Assist in the supplier and expense payment runs, alongside the other Finance Assistant and Accountant.
  • Responsible for the production of purchase orders to suppliers

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven purchase ledger experience in a similar environment
  • SAP processing experience preferred
  • AAT is preferable however experience supersedes this for this role
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as a team player
  • Prepared to be flexible with workloads and support where necessary in line with deadlines
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Good level and understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel

Our client is offering a salary of £16,000-£18,000.
