About Our Client

The company are an executive search firm working within the retail sector. They are looking for someone who has worked as a finance assistant and office manager role to join their accountancy team in West London.

Job Description

Responsibilities of the Finance Assistant:

Accounts Receivable

Accounts Payable

Prepare and provide VAT information to Company Accountant

Managing and updating P&L (sales, commission, expenses, cash flow)

Petty cash

Undertake some PA duties for the Managing Director/Founder

Monitor capture of information on the company database

Manage cash flow, AP & AR

Monthly reporting

Office Management and the key point of contact or external suppliers

Manage overflow of updates - interview notes (scanning and attaching documents)

Generating weekly and monthly reports

The Successful Applicant

Proven ability to organise and streamline processes to promote optimum efficiency

Professional written and verbal communication

Strong IT skills

Polite and efficient

Sense of urgency



Not afraid to manage upwards

Assertive when it's required
