My client in Finchley / New Southgate needs to Hire an Finance Assistant with Xero as their business continues to grow year on year. This has created the need for another highly capable individual to supplement the workload and develop within the organisation.

Job Description

This Finance Assistant with Xero Role will involve

  • Invoice processing
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Stock invoice reconciliations
  • Issue / Query resolution
  • Processing petty cash and expenses
  • Processing regular payment runs
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • P11D's
  • PSA
  • Ad hoc responsibilities and admin
  • Processing Journals
  • Petty Cash Accounting
  • Assisting with the Month End Process

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will

* Have a strong numerical background
* Have Purchase Ledger Experience
* Be highly organised
* Have great attention to detail
