About Our Client

Our client is a rapidly growing and fast paced business. It operates across multiple sites, but the finance function is based from a modern and smart office in between Market Harborough and Leicester. The office is not on a public transport route, so you will need access to a vehicle.

Job Description

The Finance Administrator would be working in a small finance function and will be reporting into the Management Accountant. The role will expose the Finance Administrator to a number of duties, which may include, but will not be limited to:

  • matching, coding and processing supplier invoices
  • reconciling statements
  • raising and processing sales invoices
  • chasing outstanding debt over the telephone
  • dealing with invoicing queries
  • general administration

All necessary training will be provided.

The Successful Applicant

To apply for this role you do not need to have previously worked in finance, though this would be advantageous. However, you must have a real passion and desire to work within finance, which may be evidenced by you studying AAT. You will ideally have intermediate Excel skills.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with minor finance experience, an entry level candidate, a school/college leaver or an AAT student. It is a permanent opportunity, which is paying between £15,000 and £17,000. A discretionary bonus is available and study support for AAT will be provided to the right candidate.
