About Our Client
Our client is a market leader in their field and is recruiting for a Finance Administrator in Devizes.
- Accurately input storage intake records onto the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
- Maintain grower information within AX in a timely manner
- Accurate and timely entry of new accounts and account amendments onto AX
- Assist with incoming phone calls - Monday to Thursday
- Provide reception cover on a Friday.
- Holiday cover for all receptionists duties.
- Administration support to the Finance team
- Administration support to the Trade team.
The Successful Applicant
- Pro-active approach with good communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Numerically literate
- Used to working on their own initiative, but also able to fit into a team well
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to use Excel and Word to a good standard
