About Our Client

Our client is a market leader in their field and is recruiting for a Finance Administrator in Devizes.

Job Description

  • Accurately input storage intake records onto the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system
  • Maintain grower information within AX in a timely manner
  • Accurate and timely entry of new accounts and account amendments onto AX
  • Assist with incoming phone calls - Monday to Thursday
  • Provide reception cover on a Friday.
  • Holiday cover for all receptionists duties.
  • Administration support to the Finance team
  • Administration support to the Trade team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Pro-active approach with good communication skills
  • Can do attitude
  • Numerically literate
  • Used to working on their own initiative, but also able to fit into a team well
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to use Excel and Word to a good standard
