About Our Client
My client is a FTSE 100 Property company. They have very modern offices and this role may occasionally require you to work in there other office in South West London.
- liaise and assist central finance with any queries from suppliers and update log with any changes to orders or values
- Manage the diary of three directors, including management of various schedules
- Assisting the finance team with processing invoices as and when required
- Actively preparing directors with papers and information for meetings arranged
- Make travel arrangements when required
- Assisting the Finance team with duties in Month end
- Assist Finance team with any admin related duties
- Carry out background research and present findings
The Successful Applicant
- 2 years experience working in an office
- Computer literate- Excel (Formulas), Word & Powerpoint
