Job Description

The Finance Administrator will hold the following responsibilities:

  • Upload scan and log customer invoices
  • Allocate monies to invoices
  • Attend weekly finance meetings
  • Liaise with management accounts team to ensure any deductions are accounted for and reported directly
  • Maintain accountancy and customer budget sheets
  • Collate proposals and data for auditors
  • Input financial data onto Navision
  • Attend monthly ledger meetings with AR and AP
  • Become a key point of contact for any invoice queries

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance Administrator must have:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Be well organised and have good analytic skills
  • Have excellent Excel experience
  • An accounting and/or finance degree would be highly advantageous
