About Our Client

A successful global manufacturer whom are the market leaders in their field, are looking to add to their team of nine in finance. Despite the size of the organisation the finance team has a family feel to it with a supportive environment and also opportunity to learn and take on more responsibilities.

Job Description

As a finance administrator you will be reporting into the Finance manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Process new starters and leavers
  • Input data into maual payroll spreadsheet
  • Reconcile daily bank statements across multiple currencies
  • Maintain and balance petty cash
  • Reconcile specific Purchase Ledger and balance sheet accounts
  • Raise manual invoices and credits
  • Deal with self bill invoices and match payments
  • Process employee expenses in line with expense policy

The Successful Applicant

The Successful candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a finance function - Essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
  • Good IT skills including Excel - Essential

What's on Offer

Salary is £16,000 - £18,000 + Car parking + Pension plan + 25 days holiday + Opportunities for progression
