My client is a highly successful business based in South Leicestershire and are looking to expand their team by bringing in a knowledgeable administrator on a permanent basis

Job Description

  • Data inputting
  • Liaise with sites and customers to resolve incomplete paperwork quickly
  • Process changes and cancellations within set timescales
  • Handle customer queries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Provide advice and training to site colleagues as requested

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have previous evidence of working in an office environment

You must also be an excellent communicator both verbally and in writing in order to effectively resolve issues and build relationships

Accuracy and attention are critical to this position, as are a strong work ethic and investigative approach
