Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collate all purchase invoices and maintain efficient filling system to ensure
  • there are no duplicates
  • Compare all purchase invoices to authorised purchase orders and dispute
  • any variances
  • Allocate all purchase invoices to a job / charter and ensure it matches
  • what was budgeted
  • Posting purchase invoices on to accounting software
  • Ensure all purchase invoices are authorised before setting up for payment
  • Setting up bank transfer payments
  • Dealing with queries from suppliers
  • Sales order processing
  • Dealing with Customer queries
  • Filing and other administrative tasks
  • To complete any reasonable instruction from a more senior member of the company
  • This is not an exhaustive list of duties and may be amended from time to time.
