About Our Client

Our client a fast growing business based in Redhill looking to add a Finance Administrator to their Accountancy team

Job Description

  1. Dealing with queries and problem solving where necessary
  2. Updating of spreadsheets and managing the inbox
  3. Assist the Management Accountant with any required ad-hoc reporting and administrative tasks
  4. Providing earnings reports
  5. Assisting with backdated VAT requests and any other
  6. Reconciliation of batches & analysis on a weekly basis.
  7. Production of weekly reports
  8. Processing or CHAPs payments & BACS recalls

The Successful Applicant

  1. Effective communication, both written and oral at all levels within the company
  2. Effective reconciliation and problem solving.
  3. Advanced excel skills, including vlookups and pivot tables
  4. Fast and accurate data entry, creation of grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors.
  5. Comfortable adapting to change, meeting the changing demands of the work environment, responds well to any delays or other unexpected demands.
  6. High levels of dependability including following instructions as well as taking responsibility for own actions and keeping commitments.
  7. High levels of punctuality and attendance.
  8. Works well as part of a team, is objective and be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, gives as well as welcomes feedback.
