Job Description

  • Management and processing of employee expenses (inc. reporting)
  • Credit card expenses and administration
  • Accounts Payable assistance
  • Assistance with VAT return preparations
  • Assistance with bank/ balance sheet reconciliations
  • Management of finance standard forms, policy and procedures database.
  • Filing duties, to include Electronic and Paper
  • Any other duties as required, appropriate to the level and skills of the post holder.

  • Intermediate excel skills
  • Strong administration skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Accounting background
