Job Description

Key duties include assisting with:

  • Processing & coding supplier invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving differences
  • Reconciling complex supplier statements
  • Investigating and resolving supplier queries via phone and email
  • Ad-hoc analysis as required by the business

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Have a minimum of 1 year of practical work experience in a similar role
  • Confident in communicating at all business levels, including; non finance
  • Able to multi-task and work efficiently / accurately under pressure
  • Strong system skills, including; Excel
