A dynamic, global marketing organisation based in Central London

Job Description

Reporting to the Director of UK & Northern Europe, the Finance & Administration Manager will oversee finance and office administration in London, whilst liaising with the Head Office based in the Far East.

Your principle duties will include:

  • Solely responsible for management accounting, including budget management and monitoring, forecasting and variance analysis
  • Producing financial accounts, including month and year end closing
  • Processing all aspects of general ledger preparation and payment processing
  • Overseeing the payroll function and liaising with payroll bureau
  • Office management duties, including building management, procurement and contracts

The Successful Applicant

The successful Finance & Administration Manager will be part qualified and have extensive experience in a similar standalone position.

A strong understanding of Ms Excel is essential, which should include Pivot Tables and Lookups
