Job Description

As a Facilities Officer duties will include:

  • Assist with the Facilities Manager with daily tasks
  • Setting up meeting rooms and attending meetings with building management on a daily basis
  • Assist with Facilities Assistants on the help desk telephone, answering calls and emails when required
  • Additional admin duties when needed and an ongoing interface with IT, Reception, post and print room teams

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous work experience would strengthen the application
  • Excellent communication skills as the candidate will be liaising with external partners and contractors on a regular basis
  • Organisation and time management skills are required for a Facilities Officer
  • Enthusiasm to learn and support the Facilities manager when needed
  • Motivated team player, who finds it easy to build relationships
