About Our Client

Our client is based near Bath and are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager

Job Description

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for;

  • Complying with all safety, environmental and security legislation
  • Delivering services within agreed budgets
  • Managing hard and soft service subcontractors
  • Managing internal maintenance resources as well as external contractors
  • Planning and managing small works projects within agreed timescales
  • Managing environment improvement programs
  • Ensuring current certificates are obtained e.g gas, asbestos
  • Providing supporting documentation

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have a proven track record as a Facilities Manager, ideally with IOSH and relevant degree
