About Our Client

Our client represents a professional approach to facilities management. They provide a service based on brand reputation which will take ownership of the environment in which their customer base operates, allowing them to concentrate on core business

Job Description

To take ownership of the co-ordination and documentation of service delivery to a portfolio in terms of planned and reactive activities

To be familiar with the supply chain and competent to instruct suppliers in the needs of the business

Continual representation of the companies brand and values

Liaison with line managers, colleagues and field teams to ensure communication and delivery remains consistent with requirements

Effective and responsive co-ordination of direct and subcontracted labour

Ownership of work flow processes from job inception to completion, including invoicing and cash collection

Production of operational and financial reports as and when required

Deputising for colleagues and covering overflow workloads when required

Following Quality Procedures and Operational processes

Any other reasonable request of management

The Successful Applicant

A robust understanding of company information management systems, Excel and Word

Approachable and positive attitude.

Punctual and able to be flexible over working hours if/when required.

Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines.

Maintenance of accuracy when under pressure.

Good organisational skills: able to plan and implement.

Self-motivated and able to work under own initiative.

Knowledge and understanding of Facilities Management Services.

Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety practices & policies.

To commit to personal development in pursuit of all of the above
