About Our Client
The client is a major service provider for facilities management.
The job role will require:
* Organizing meetings for the supervisors and managers within the company
* Assigning jobs to engineers.
* Managing the work flow of reactive tasks to meet KPI and service level agreement targets
* Co-ordinating members of staff such as cleaners, porters, electricians and plumbers.
* Helping process new maximo codes
* Raising purchase orders for works
* Ensuring areas are tidy
* Ordering stationery and office equipment
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities management.
What's on Offer
T£25,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience and ability.
