Job Description

As a Facilities Assistant you will be responsible for;

  • High volume copying, scanning, collating and binding of legal documents, copying and colouring legal plans and CD/DD's
  • Printing using Fiery Command Workstation to produce High quality marketing materials and use of electronic guillotines.
  • Ensuring all documents are quality checked and returned within customer-specified timescales
    Providing 'first line' fault finding capability on distributed photocopiers, in response to customer requests received via the Facilities help desk
  • Binding documents for internal and external issue and for presentations
  • Provision of detailed accounts information to the Finance department

The Successful Applicant

  • GCSE/O Level passes grade C or above including English and Maths
  • Relevant reprographics experience, including experience of e-bibles.
  • Experience in a customer service/partnering environment; highly customer-focused
  • Experience of working in Facilities department within a similar professional services environment, preferably legal
    Awareness of current Copyright Law and controls
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and unsupervised
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and attention to detail essential
  • Ability to pick up new systems and procedures quickly
