About Our Client

A large international technology company in Central London.

Job Description

  • Ensure all visitors are registered and issued with the appropriate security pass.
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Take ownership and pride in the reception area keeping it presentable and up to date at all times.
  • Notify Associates of deliveries promptly on arrival.
  • Call out service engineers as required.
  • Manage car valeting and dry cleaning services
  • Book taxi's as requested.
  • Order flower or fruit basket deliveries as requested
  • Maintain reception procedures manual.
  • Work with the rest of the Facilities team to ensure that there is always cover for reception.
  • Produce security passes as required.
  • Assist with weekly fire alarm test as requested.
  • Manage relationship with taxi provider. Book taxis as requested. Manage taxi booking invoices. Review service provided and control costs.
  • Facilities Suppliers & Administration
  • Build positive working relationship with contacts at all suppliers.
  • Understand the services they provide and the payments that are made.
  • With the Facilities and Administration supervisor, meet regularly with major suppliers.
  • Be proactive in ensuring service levels are maintained.
  • Be the point of contact for the daily handover books for the cleaners and security.
  • Be the point of contact for any issues raised.
  • Provide input to the facilities budget and invoices.
  • Carry out reviews of suppliers as required.
