About Our Client

The client is an international law firm. You will be based in London.

Job Description

  • Day to day administration of the Facilities Helpdesk. Taking and logging all calls, emails, face to face queries;
  • Assigning jobs to contracted staff (Maintenance, Cleaning, Catering and Security) and other relevant personnel within the firm;
  • Dealing with external suppliers and orders.
  • Following approval, order furniture and equipment from preferred suppliers;
  • Maintaining the purchase order system;
  • Manage the first-aid and fire marshal lists - review expiry dates of certificates;
  • Assist the House Services Manager with office moves and co- ordination. Maintain the space allocation spreadsheet;
  • Managing firm wide communication via the intranet on facilities issues;
  • Invoice processing and filing;
  • Maintain departmental management information;

The Successful Applicant

The candidate must have:

  • A willingness to grow and develop within facilities/business
  • A minimum of 5 GCSE's grades A-C
  • Previous work experience- facilities preferred but general customer service also useful.
