About Our Client

The client holds a reputable brand in the international food supermarket industry.

Job Description

Ensuring facilities reports and spreadsheets are up to date at all times

Logging and escalating jobs as required, closing off when completed

Carrying out walkabout to check all facilities are in a good condition, stationary is fully stocked etc.

Receiving and recording deliveries

Assisting with office moves and rearrangement if required

Undertaking meeting room set up for meetings

Required to undertake some cleaning activities

Dismantling / re-erecting systems furniture

Assisting with all aspects of the upkeep of the grounds, car parks by liaising with the retrospective contractors.

Collate meter readings for utilities

Maintain PPM Planners

Task assignment & task updates

Arranging for external contractors to complete work as required

Working closely with the Fabric Technician to assign jobs

Assist the Facilities department with tasks concerning Fleet management
