About Our Client

A charity based in Birmingham City Centre

Job Description

The role will be to support several members of Senior Management, working constructively with internal and external stakeholders, and building relationships with them. It will include a high level of confidentiality, and you will be required to provide advice and guidance.

The role will include: diary management, travel bookings, booking meeting rooms, attending meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes, and acting as the first point of contact for the team.

You will also be required to support the delivery of work streams: working to deadlines and budgets, and research, collect, analyse and present information in line with Policies and procedures.

The Successful Applicant

The applicant will:

  • Have previously worked as a PA at Executive level, supporting multiple Executives
  • Have previously dealt with confidential information
  • Show evidence of prioritising
  • Show evidence of carrying out extensive research
  • Be able to communicate effectively
  • Have previously worked to deadlines
  • Have worked with budgets
  • Be proficient with all aspects of Microsoft Office: specifically Outlook and Excel
  • Be confident in stakeholder management
