About Our Client

Page Personnel are currently recruiting an Executive Assistant for a Temporary assignment for a client relocating to Wakefield.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have the following duties:
Manage the Company Secretary's diary, organising meetings, booking rooms and ensuring that she arrives to each meeting on schedule and with all the relevant information.
Scheduling Executive Committee and Joint Venture meetings, liaising with internal and external teams as required.
Collating, uploading, binding and distribution of packs and relevant papers for:
the Board and Board Committees; the Executive Committees which meets weekly; Joint Venture Boards which meet quarterly/half yearly.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Previous PA/Office Manager or executive assistant experience
  • Excellent exposure to a wide range of clients
  • Previous experience of diary managements
