Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Each EA will provide EA support to at least 2 members of the Capital EMEA SLT.

This includes

  • Complex travel arrangements often in multiple time-zones, expense submissions, diary and contact management.
  • Monitoring correspondence, email and telephones.
  • Assisting in creation and refining PowerPoint presentations/ other documents (where required),
  • Identifying actionable items and delegating these to wider team members
  • Creating time for the Leaders to focus on internal and external priorities by proactive prioritization of appointments,
  • Requesting objectives/pre-work, and compiling briefings/ papers for all meeting (where required).
  • Organizing all aspects of meetings held both on and off-site.
  • Hosting web-ex meetings for functional calls (running the presentations from their computers)
  • Working closely with the communications team to achieve effective comms channels and employee engagement activities
  • Working as part of a team to provide support to the SLT group, this includes cover for absence in wider EA team as and when directed by the Assistant to CEO.
  • Acting as an ambassador for the SLT group, acting professionally at all times

The EA role is primarily focused on providing administration support to the SLT's professional roles. Some personal administration may be required, but should not take priority over business needs. The EA is not expected to provide administration support to the teams that report to the SLT members except for team-related events

The Successful Applicant


  • Proven ability as an Executive Assistant working to senior leadership level
  • Business acumen and financial awareness
  • Ability to recognise the business operating rhythm and schedule accordingly
  • Cost conscious and able to control budgets
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to effectively prioritise projects and deliverables
  • Proficient knowledge of all MS Office products
  • Ability to recognise the organisation structure and adapt behaviour accordingly.
  • Act with discretion and deal with sensitive and confidential information in both verbal and written communications
