A well-renowned University based in central London looking for an Estates Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis with potential to move onto a permanent contract.

Job Description

As an Estates Administrator, the successful candidate for this role will be responsible for a wide range of facilities and administration duties to support the Estates team. These will include managing diaries, booking travel, writing agendas for meetings, taking minutes, covering reception, ensuring all facilities are maintained and ensuring communal areas are kept clean and tidy.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate for the Estates Administrator will have:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Previously worked in a similar facilities role
  • Good IT skills including MS Excel
  • Previously worked at a University - desirable
