Job Description

The ER Advisor will be responsible for:

  • Providing co-ordinated and comprehensive administrative support to the ER & Cases Manager on a range of detailed, complex and confidential ER related issues.
  • To assist on dedicated ER related projects under the direction of the ER & Cases Manager in order to support the wider ER ambition.
  • Review and update records, files and minutes and to ensure they are stored in the ER Shared area.
  • To review and monitor ER related data trends.
  • To support the ER & Case Managers by helping to develop ER policies.
  • Co-ordinate the extraction of MI from records and systems, manipulate and analyse reports.

The Successful Applicant

The ER Advisor will have:

  • Worked as an Advisor for dispute-related activity or within an HR Operational role.
  • Solid background in Human Resources and Personnel Practice.
  • A thorough understanding of and ability to technically apply, the organisation's HR policies and procedures.
  • Confident in providing detailed advice on policies to a range of stakeholders.
  • A broad understanding of external good practice e.g. ACAS requirements for such policies.
  • Experience of interviewing question design/technique and report writing.
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholder management at all levels; influencing colleagues to prioritise timely completion of case management processes.
  • Must be CIPD qualified.

What's on Offer

£28,000 to £30,000 depending on the ER Advisor.
