Job Description

To provide realistic, pragmatic, best practice advice that adds value and helps clients better

achieve their business objectives.

This will be done by:

  • Identifying research, design and implement specific cost effective solutions to meet the evolving needs of the clients in a timely manner.
  • Working closely with the Quality and Performance Manager and the Project Management Office to maintain project plans for the successful delivery of projects within time and cost constraints
  • Manage the client relationships and delivery of learning solutions in accordance with the Learning Production Strategy
  • Facilitate sessions to support the Learning Solution framework and clients to a variety of locations nationally, in accordance with the Training Schedule, for all blended, e-learning, face-to-face and technology led learning solutions
  • Driving continuous improvement and sharing of good practice
  • Constant innovation of solutions.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Knowledge of CMS
  • Understanding of a range of learning methodologies and technologies including knowledge of learning theory (including evaluation) and learning styles
  • Have previously used E-Learning design, development, and delivery using a variety of methods and other technology based solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in learning development, delivery and facilitation with the ability to present information (sometimes quite complex) clearly in the appropriate style and at all levels
  • Good IT skills and be able to use Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, multi-media development.

Desirable skills

  • Authoring tools - UPK or Coursebuilder
  • CIPD Training qualification or equivalent
  • Have previously used Learning Services business processes and service offerings
  • Have previously taken responsibility for solutions and working on own initiative with minimal supervision
  • A track record of supporting projects to deliver desired results under pressure.
