About Our Client

The client is a well known real estate organisation based in the heart of London.

Job Description

Duties include:

Implement, develop and maintain 4 Projects for document control/workflow processes.
Provide full document support to ensure that all current drawings, specs and all other associated contract related documents are filed, maintained and issued in an efficient manner.
Induct new staff members in the discipline and importance of adhering to the document control systems and procedures.
Monitor compliance and advise senior management of individuals failing to observe these systems and procedures.
Maintaining all hard copy filing in line with 4 Projects.
Manage and control documents sent between the client and all external parties including important signed legal documents.
Act as first point of contact and provide support to the team regarding 4 Projects queries.
Liaise with 4 Projects support and implementation team.
Archiving hard copy filing to archiving company.
Support administration team.

The Successful Applicant


***Experience of using 4 Projects software at an administrator level with ability to provide staff training on the system.***


To have implemented 4 Projects software for a new project/business
Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft Office and preferably proficient in Mac
