Job Description

As Department Administrator you duties will include:-

  • Clerical duties including filing, photocopying, and archiving
  • Being a point of contact for visitors and callers
  • Taking minutes in meetings
  • Using Microsoft packages daily including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Monitoring email flow and identifying actions
  • Support and advise the department head through effective administration

  • Be able to take direction and act autonomously when required
  • Have excellent organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Have an understanding of customer care
  • Have competent It skills
  • Have previous experience working in an administrative role
