About Our Client
An exciting opportunity has arise to join a busy, growing company.
If you are confident, animal and people loving with great Customer Services/Sales Administration skills - possess excellent administration skills and have a great eye for detail and accuracy too then this might be the job for you.
Working Monday to Friday within the hours of - 8.30am - 5.30pm with an hour for lunch.
To provide retail and customer support:
- Provide the very best customer service
- Processing and taking telephone and web orders
- Co-ordinate retail customer/wholesale collections and deliveries
- Handle any customer queries
- Attend shows to market and promote products (some weekend work needed for shows and events)
The Successful Applicant
Our client who is based in Camberley is looking for a permanent, full time experienced Customer Services and/or Sales Administrator who is able to provide the best possible customer support. Working in a busy Sales Office you need to be able to work well as part of a team and well as having lots of initiative too.
A strong, confident telephone manner is a must as you will be liaising with clients/customers daily over the phone, a positive character is required for this role.
What's on Offer
