About Our Client
Client is a rapidly expanding national distribution firm.
You will engage in daily communication with customers predominantly regarding the delivery of orders. Other enquires will involve invoicing, complaints, account documents and pricing. In order to deal with these enquiries efficiently you will liaise with internal departments including the sales team in a timely manner to resolve the customer's enquiry.
The Successful Applicant
The suitable customer service manager will need to be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and a high attention to detail.
