Job Description

As Customer Service Manager your duties will include:

  • Managing a department of over 20+ people
  • Full ownership of recruitment, training, personal development
  • Implementing new processes
  • Ensuring all SLAs are monitored and successfully hit
  • Making sure all compliance is carried out successfully
  • Managing administrative function
  • Managing department budgets

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Ideally have experience of setting up a function
  • Have excellent management skills

Third sector experience would be desirable
