Job Description

As Customer Service Manager - Mortgages your duties will include:

  • Managing a team of mortgage advisors
  • Conducting training and coaching
  • Undertaking reviews of mortgage applications
  • Ensuring best practice standards are always maintained
  • Ensuring all risk and compliance regulations are adhered to
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Mentoring of team members including conducting regular 1 to 1s
  • Ensuring all client SLAs are hit

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Be CeMap qualified
  • Have strong management experience
  • Be a qualified mortgage advisor
