About Our Client

My client is a pharmaceutical business looking to recruit for a Customer Service Executive based in Slough.

Job Description

Your role as a Customer Service Executive is to:

Provide constant support to the Account Manager to ensure all information and data is accurate whilst they are travelling.

Build and maintain outstanding customer relationships.

Work closely with key accounts to manage sock as required.

Maintain a positive relationship with the 3rd party distributor, working with them to avoid order processing/distribution issues.

Process orders onto the system (SAP).

Maintain customer data (SAP).

Processing customer rebates/returns.

Prepare stock figures and sales data reports for the fiance team.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Customer Service Executive will:

Have a solid background of Sales Order processing within a Customer Service environment.

Ideally have worked with SAP.

Be local to Slough.
