About Our Client

My client operates within FS & Insurance and is now looking to recruit a new Customer Service Executive to be based in their Crowthorne office. You will have experience of working with in the call centre and Customer Service industry ideally, with in a Business and Professional Services environment in a Customer Services role. Ideally with in Finance and Insurance.

Job Description

As a Customer Service Executive, your job will involve:

  • Generating high quality contract hire appointments with prospective customers for the sales team.
  • Accurate updating of CRM.
  • Working closely with the Sales Team to ensure customer growth through hot referrals appointments and tender invitations.
  • Ensuring detailed customer data input.
  • Capturing tender forecast dates and contract renewal information.
  • Completing administrative tasks within the department on a daily basis.
  • Assisting in any ad-hoc projects.
  • Being in a target driven environment.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in a Telesales environment.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Excellent telephone technique.
  • Experience in Word/Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Will be computer illiterate.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to prioritise.
  • Will be immediately available.
