About Our Client

Our client is a leading business in the engineering industry they are looking for Customer Service Operation Coordinator based near Worcester.

Job Description

This is an exciting role for someone to support the service and sales manager in the daily operations of the service department in order to deliver excellent Customer service to all customers. You will support the service team with its delivery internally in order to achieve service excellence. The goal is to improve customer satisfaction , increase profitable volume and increase the profile in the engineering industry. You will visit prospective and existing customers in order to promote services and products. Daily management of the commissioning engineers and future planning. Managing customer expectations to a high level.Take charge and handle crisis management situations. You should be able to do financial invoicing through SAP.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate MUST have

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent demonstrated working within a similar role
  • Worked in a technical role to automotive or allied industries
  • High level of negotiating and presentation skills
  • Skilled in the operation and commissioning of at least one area of engine or vehicle test technology
  • Car driver will full clean licence
  • Appreciation of current business tools SAP, Sales force
