Job Description

As Customer Service Coordinator your duties will include:

  • Acting as main point of contact for all customers
  • Preparing quotations
  • Processing orders
  • Producing sales reports
  • Analysing sales information
  • Dealing with complaints
  • General sales administration duties

The Successful Applicant

to be considered for this role you must:

  • Have previously held a similar role
  • Have excellent customer-facing experience
  • Have strong systems skills

A full driving licence is essential for this role as the site is not accessible by public transport
