About Our Client

Our client is a growing manufacturer with offices based in Pickering

Job Description

The main purpose of this job role is to ensure that customer requirements are communicated effectively and accurately throughout the business. The Customer Service Analyst will be responsible for keeping up to date all business system tools allowing customer requirements to be met in full and on time. In addition, this role will involve liaising with both internal and external customers to keep them informed on the status of their product availability, and to also supply logistics data as required.

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will:

  • Be educated to a good standard, possess high level of numeracy and analytical ability.
  • Be able to work to tight deadlines in a high pressure and fast moving environment.
  • Be highly computer literate (Word/Excel).
  • Have excellent communication with both our external and internal customers
  • Have excellent good organisational skills
  • Have fantastic attention to detail.
