Job Description

The Customer Service Agent will:

  • Manage customer query requests effectively and efficiently.
  • Communicate in a professional manner through the telephone and email.
  • Handling and resolving complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Contribute towards projects within the business.
  • Assist in administrative duties when required.
  • Manage the delivery of customer correspondence within timescales.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have excellent communication and customer service skills both verbal and written.
  • Be able to use own initiative and manage work load effectively.
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • Have a high attention to detail.
  • Be computer literate across Microsoft Office packages.
