About Our Client

Our Client is a leading contact centre based in Trafford. They have locations globally and are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to support one of their contracts.

Job Description

Duties of the Customer Advisor role include:

  • Working as part of team and will be responsible for achieving specific sales targets (KPI's) by maximising sales opportunities
  • You will need to use a broad range of selling techniques by asking appropriate questions and matching the right product to the customer's needs; offering solutions which will deliver a first time resolution
  • Maintaining a broad knowledge of products, pricing, promotions and procedures following a detailed training programme, which is then supported by ongoing coaching and training
  • Participating in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance

What's on Offer

The salary on offer is £14k - £15k per annum with OTE earnings of £18k - £24k
