Job Description

There are a number of positions to join this exciting team in Leeds, you will be providing Administration Support at all levels throughout the business, this team is integral. Duties will include:

First point of contact for all customers

Answering customer calls and emails

Account Management

Advising customers

Following a clear and highly professional customer engagement process#

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

Excellent communication skills - essential

Previous customer service experience - essential

A track record in providing exceptional customer service - essential

Experience of complaint handling - desirable

To be able to overcome any objections from customers - desirable
