Job Description

As the customer service advisor, your duties will include:

  • Dealing with all vendor queries
  • Building relationships with internal and external customers
  • Resolving queries in timely manner
  • Prioritising queries based on urgency

The Successful Applicant

The successful customer service advisor will have:

  • Experience handling a high volume of calls and emails
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience working in a large and busy team
  • Experience in retail (desirable)
  • Another European language fluent (desirable)
