Page Personnel are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor on a 12 month Fixed Term Temporary Contract, to work for a Leading organisation in Wakefield

Job Description

The purpose of this role is to provide excellent customer service when responding to pricing, stock and all other enquiries on a daily basis.

You will need to have a good understanding of the business products to make recommendations, handle complaints and recognise opportunities for the business to optimise sales.

The role is essential in supporting the sales function from a Customer Service perspective, so the right candidate will need to be adaptive to the needs of the team, company and customer.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will have:

  • The Ability to start work immediately
  • Excellent IT skills and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Previously completed a number of administration tasks in a timely manner
  • Previously worked in a Customer Service environment/ supported a Sales Function
  • Full clean UK drivers licence
