Luxury, international organisation based in Kent.

Job Description

Key Duties:-

  • To answer telephone calls for all enquiries from both private customers and agents.
  • Processing of all administration
  • Process telephone credit card payments.

Principal Accountabilities :-

  • Inputting and processing orders using the computer system.
  • Make full and accurate call notes on the system for every conversation.
  • Email replies for general enquiries received through the Customer Service inbox.
  • Prepare private customers watches for collection.
  • Any ad hoc duties and reasonable requests that Management may make.
