Job Description

The Customer Service Advisor duties are:

  • To provide efficient and effective advice regarding orders and repairs to customers.
  • Ensuring all customer requests are recorded and prioritised.
  • Providing information and answering customer queries effectively in a professional manner through telephone and email.
  • Providing a service and after care to existing customers.
  • Possibility to provide Customer Service on Reception during busy periods.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be educated to GCSE level.
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to provide a high level of Customer Service.
  • Have experience dealing with a wide range of customers.
  • Be able to multi-task and prioritse work load.
  • Have a pro-active and can do attitude.
  • Be computer literate.
