My Client is a large growing organisation specialises in the Financial sector based in Reading.

Job Description

The Customer Service Advisor will involve:

  • Being the first point of contact for all customers via phone and email, and ensuring a high quality of service is delivered at all times.
  • Ensuring all customers sales orders are placed and booked accurately.
  • Proactively dealing with delays to customer orders, providing solutions independently in line with agreed processes or through appropriate business escalation.
  • Recording all customer complaints associated with orders, deliveries and returns.
  • Coordinating logistic activities based on customers delivery terms ensuring all relevant paperwork and documentation is supplied.
  • Ensuring customer requirements are clearly defined and visible to help inter-department communication.
  • Ensuring data input is accurate and complete - run internal reports where necessary to ensure customer and business expectations are being met.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with all teams and departments.
  • Contributing to the maintenance and update of all order management processes.
  • Providing support and assistance to colleagues within the team through training, coaching and adopting good team ethics.
  • Performing other administrative duties when required.
