Job Description

This is an exciting role working for a leading insurance business based in Crowthorne.

Duties for the role include:

  • Taking inbound calls.
  • Dealing with email queries.
  • Up selling products over the phone.
  • Working as part of a team.
  • Understanding products in order to find the best solution for the customer.
  • Processing quotes, and orders.
  • Adhoc administrative tasks.

You will enjoy doing a call based role which will provide you with the opportunity to progress.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Customer Service Advisor will:

  • Have an excellent telephone manner, with the ability to communicate on all levels.
  • Be proficient with the Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Have excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Be able to work autonomously.
  • Be a strong problem solver.
  • Be able to commute to Crowthorne.
  • Have a proven track record in a similar role and environment.
