Job Description

As Customer Service Advisor your duties will include:

  • Dealing with insurance claims
  • Conducting all calls in a professional manner
  • Adhering to any regulatory requirements
  • Taking a high volume of telephone calls
  • Identifying upsellling opportunities
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

The Successful Applicant

To be considered for this role you must:

  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Be able to start at short notice
  • Be able to work on a shift basis

Our client are holding an assessment day on Wednesday 27th January - you must be available to attend on this date

Shift pattern is based on a 35 hour week and are between the hours of 7am and 11pm 7 days per week. You will be given your shift pattern a month in advance and will be expected to work one or two weekends per month
