About Our Client

Our client, a beauty industry leader are looking for a personable and professional Customer Service Administrator to join their expanding team

Job Description

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator include, but are not limited to:-

  • Providing excellent customer service via telephone and email to customers, clients and sales managers
  • Conducting skincare consultations via phone and web (full training will be provided)
  • Processing orders on the computer system
  • Administrative duties
  • Resolving any issues in a calm and polite manner

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Service Administrator will possess:-

  • A focus on providing exceptional customer service
  • A great telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good IT skills and the ability to pick up computer systems with ease
  • Excellent literacy and numerical skills

What's on Offer

This role would suit somebody with an interest in the beauty industry who is looking to move into an entry level administrative role. Call centre experience is desirable although not essential.
